Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming cases/calls/faxes/emails for hospital admission and discharge processes for patients in medical centres on a 24/7 basis
- Process requests and investigative queries for guarantee letter(s) based on patient medical report, laboratory test results, etc.
- Process all incoming/pending medical case assessments based on guidelines provided
- Preparing any and all necessary documentation(s) for customer's best experience.
- To always handle every single case management with passion
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree holders from any medical-related fields are preferred
- Able to converse, read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia fluently.
- Ability to speak a few local languages will be a plus point.
- Must be people-oriented
- Computing skills with MS Word and MS Excel is necessary
